In the action plans available for download below, the Tri-Cities ECD committee has identified goals and priorities for their work annually since 2005. The most recent Strategic Plan completed in July of 2015 contains an operational work plan with specific goals and activities dating from April 2015 until March of 2018.

The TriCities Early Childhood Development Committee supports the community’s capacity to ensure the availability and accessibility of Early Childhood Development services for children (prenatal to age 6) and their families in the Tri-Cities area.
